Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: 20 July 2026

This policy explains your cancellation and refund rights when you buy an online digital training course from Rejuva Teaching Academy (Rejuva Lab Studios Ltd, Companies House number 17015749, 189a Elliott Street, Tyldesley, Manchester, England, M29 8DR). It sits alongside our Terms and Conditions. Nothing in this policy limits your non-waivable statutory rights as a UK consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Your 14-day right to change your mind (digital content)

Because our courses are online digital content, you normally have 14 days from the date the contract is formed to cancel for any reason and get a full refund.

2. When the 14-day right ends early — immediate access

UK regulations allow you to lose the 14-day cancellation right for digital content if, at checkout, you:

  1. Expressly request immediate access to the course during the 14-day period; and
  2. Acknowledge that by requesting immediate access you lose the 14-day right to change your mind.

At checkout you will see a clearly labelled tick-box asking you to confirm both of the above. If you tick the box, course content is released to your account immediately and the 14-day change-of-mind right ends at that moment. If you do not tick the box, the course content will not be released to your account until either (a) you later confirm you want immediate access, or (b) the 14 days have passed. This does not affect your statutory rights if the course turns out to be faulty or misdescribed (see section 4).

3. How to cancel within the 14 days (where the right still applies)

To cancel, email rejuvalabaesthetics@hotmail.com from the email on your account, quoting your order reference, before the 14 days end and before you have ticked the immediate-access box. You can use the standard UK model cancellation wording:

"I hereby give notice that I cancel my contract for the supply of the following digital content: [course name]. Ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name: [your name]. Email: [your email]. Date: [today's date]."

We will refund the price paid using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your valid cancellation, provided you have not already been given access to the course content (see section 2).

4. Faulty, misdescribed or not-as-advertised courses

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content we supply must be:

  • of satisfactory quality;
  • fit for any particular purpose you told us about before purchase; and
  • as described on the course page.

If the course is faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose:

  • You can ask us to repair or replace the affected content (for example replace a broken video or missing lesson).
  • If repair or replacement is not possible or does not fix the issue in a reasonable time, you are entitled to a price reduction or, where appropriate, a refund.
  • If our supply of the content damages your device or data because we failed to use reasonable care and skill, you may also be entitled to a repair or compensation, as set out in the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

These rights apply even if you ticked the immediate-access box at checkout.

5. Discretionary refunds outside the statutory rights

Outside your statutory rights we may, at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill refund or credit — for example if a purchase was made in obvious error and no meaningful content has been accessed. Any goodwill refund is offered case-by-case, does not create a precedent, and does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not normally offer refunds simply because you changed your mind after accessing course content, or because you have not made time to complete the course.

6. What happens when a refund or chargeback is confirmed

  • A confirmed full refund of a course purchase ends your access to that specific course.
  • A confirmed successful chargeback / payment reversal also ends your access to that specific course.
  • Partial refunds do not automatically remove access; they are reviewed case-by-case.
  • We do not delete your account, payment record, learning progress or any certificate already issued.
  • Access to any other courses you have legitimately purchased is not affected.

7. How refunds are paid

Refunds are made to the original payment method. Once we authorise a refund, the payment processor typically takes a further 5–10 business days to make the funds available on your card or bank statement.

8. Chargebacks — please contact us first

If you have a problem with your purchase, please email us at rejuvalabaesthetics@hotmail.com before raising a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks incur processor fees and can delay resolution of your issue.

9. Complaints and escalation

If you are unhappy with how we handle a refund request, email us with "Refund complaint" in the subject line. UK consumers may also seek advice from Citizens Advice (citizensadvice.org.uk) or their local Trading Standards.
